A: One pet- $250 pet deposit & $250 non-refundable pet fee / Two pets- $350 pet deposit & $350 non-refundable pet fee.

Q: There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted by the lease?
A: A guest can stay up to three consecutive days. Any time longer needs to be approved by management.

Q: I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
A: In the parking garage.
Q: My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
A: Yes, they need to be listed as occupants on your lease.
Q: Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
A: Yes. We require a refundable satellite deposit of $100 and proof of renter’s insurance for the entirety of the lease.
Q: Do you have cable services?
A: All apartments are pre wired for cable.
Q: Will you accept my delivery packages for me?
A: Yes, we will hold your packages in the office as a courtesy to you.
